    As the administrator of its funds, CTS provides investment managers and investors with a range of services, including regulatory oversight, reporting, and Know Your Customer (KYC) management. We also offer administration services for application management, unit registry, and fund accounting.


    Since 2012, we have been providing best-in-class financial and corporate advice, as well as transaction structuring to support clients with their corporate and financial transactions. We also offer trustee services for wholesale investment funds in Australia.

    David has worked with clients ranging from Institutions to ultra high-net-worth individuals across all investment classes to provide guidance on Funds Management, Private Wealth Management, and Recruitment.

    David previously held Authorised Representative authorities from McKinley Wilson Ltd, Shaw Stockbroking Ltd, BBY Ltd, ANZ Private Bank and UBS Wealth Management, and was a Responsible Manager for Falcon Capital Ltd.

    What is a wholesale investor?

    The Australian financial services regulator ASIC oversees laws that distinguish between retail and wholesale investors. In order to be a wholesale investor, you must meet one of the wholesale investor tests. Your accountant will generally be able to tell you if you meet the requirement. CTS’s AFSL is limited to providing financial services to wholesale investors.

    Why don't you offer all kinds of financial advice?

    We are committed to providing a high standard of professional service, so we choose to operate only in the areas where we maintain our current expertise. Financial Services is complex and requires significant learning and practice. We prefer to work in the areas where we are confident we will deliver value.

    Can you help me with a retirement plan?

    No. CTS is primarily a corporate financial adviser, we offer advice and strategy planning for corporate transactions. These are described in our “Areas of Expertise”

    Are you a responsible entity?

    No. CTS’ AFSL permits it to operate as a trustee of a trust where another person or company will be the investment manager. In CTS’s model of operation, it will need to authorize the investment manager as a representative and supervise the financial services operations of the investment manager.

    Can you train my representatives?

    Yes, we offer a wide range of training covering general advice, personal advice, and trading. CTS develops training programs and professional development plans for its people, clients and partners. Please contact us if we can assist you with training.
